Hurricon 2023 Plans

Working on the Hurricon plans, there are almost no Vendor booths left and game space is filling fast.
Since many members made the suggestion, we are going to have the Flea Market on Saturday at 6PM and not Friday. The members meeting is Friday at 6PM.
We also expanded the small tables and space into Oleander, added a new room Magnolia. (Across from the lobby Bodega). We added four vendor spots in the Royal Ballroom, and 18 tables in Oleander. In magnolia we almost double the square footage for tournaments like Bolt Action, and have room for other tournaments.
Finally, we have added a slot on Thursday afternoon, from 2PM to 6PM, that offers the space to play. We will have to share with Vendors setting up.
